HRDC was appointed to manage the complete refit and repositioning of this four-trident Club Med ski resort in the Italian Alps — converting an existing chalet property into a 750-bed all-inclusive resort including new buffet and dining facilities for 750 covers, a new ski centre and kids club.
HRDC delivered the full FF&E programme from concept to completion in 18 months, on time and on budget. The resort subsequently became one of Club Med’s best performing winter properties in Europe.
